With the new Callas Series, Opera wants to transfer the pleasure of listening to music inside the domestic walls recreating a three-dimensional sound stage, focused and stable, with the correct timbre, dynamic, detail and absence of listening fatigue. To achieve this, each element of the project has been subjected to careful listening tests.

• System: Reflex, floor-standing with rear radiation (dipole)
• Speakers: 2 long-excursion 8" woofers, 1 7" midrange driver with annealed polypropylene membrane and ogive, 1 1" Scanspeak 9700 tweeter without ferrofluid, dual decompression chamber
• Rear system: 2 1" tweeters connected to natural dipole
• Number of ways: Three-way + rear dipole
• Frequency response: 32 - 25 000 Hz
• Cross-over: 12 dB/oct for the woofer, 12 dB/oct. for the midrange, 18 dB/oct for the front tweeter, 12 dB/oct for the rear tweeters
• Cross-over frequency: 200 and 2000 Hz approx.
• Maximum supported power (long period): 240 watts (no clipping) with programs music with a crest factor of 3
• Maximum supported power (short period): 500 Watts (without clipping) with programs music with crest factor greater than 5
• Recommended amplifier: 10 watts RMS and up (without clipping)
• Sensitivity: 89 dB/2.83 volts/1 meter
• Nominal Impedance: 4 ohms (Zmin >3.2 ohms)
• Position in Room: At least 20 cm from the wall rear
